availability & Reservations
The fastest and easiest way to reserve and/or check availability (24 hours per day, 7 days a week) is to use our secure online availability and reservation system.
If the system tells you there is no availability for the dates you enter, be aware that if it shows "no availability", that only means there is not "one room" that is continuously available for your dates. We may still be able to accommodate you by moving you from one room to another. By all means, give us a call if you see no availability and hoepfully we can still accommodate your needs.
Please note:
If you are booking more than one suite "online", the system requires that you make separate submissions for each.
The system does not allow bookings for more than 14 nights -- please contact us by telephone or email for reservations of this length.
Reservations for 7 nights or more will show the charges at the full daily rate. The weekly rate will however be applied and reflected in the confirmation letter you receive directly from Duck & Pug. Weekly rates only apply for each full week reserved, i.e. a 10 day booking is charged the weekly rate plus 3 times the nightly rate.
Monthly Reservations for the Winter Season must be arranged by telephone -- the online system will show no vacancies.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- A minimum 50% Deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian funds.
- All reservations are subject to the Canadian Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 12%
- All cancellations are subject to a $35 (+ HST) cancellation fee. However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit, all changes or cancellations (cancel) must be made one month prior to arrival date.
- Minimum 4 night stay unless otherwise arranged by telephone
- All prices are based on single or double occupancy.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- Check-In Time: after 4:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: before 11:00 AM
- For reservations in excess of 7 nights, cancellations must be made at least 2 months in advance.
- Cleaning supplies are provided for your use during your vacation. At the end of your stay one hour of complimentary cleaning is included to take care of laundry and minor cleaning. Additional cleaning will be charged at $25 per hour.
Finding us is easy. Whether you are approaching from the north or south you are going to turn toward the Lake at the traffic light at Highway 97 and Princeton Ave, which is the only light on the highway through Peachland. The first building you will see is the Blind Angler Restaurant, and our driveway is right after the restaurant - 5895 Beach Ave.
