Minimum 4 Night Stay (some exceptions available - please telephone)

Rates based upon 1 or 2 people (additional persons - $10.00/night)

Pets - $7.00/night for small animals -- $10/night for larger animals

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

• A minimum 50% Deposit or one nights stay (whichever is greater) is due at the time of booking.  The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian funds.

• All reservations are subject to the Canadian Good and Services Tax (GST) of 5%

• All cancellations are subject to a $25 (+ GST) cancellation fee. However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit, all changes or cancellations must be made one month prior to arrival date.

• Minimum 4 night stay unless otherwise arranged by telephone

• All prices are based on single or double occupancy - additional persons $10 each

• All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.

• Check-In Time:  after 4:00 PM

• Check-Out Time: before 11:00 AM

• Cleaning supplies are provided so Units can be returned in Clean condition.  There will be a minimum $25 charge for additional cleaning.  The cleaning rate is $15+gst per hour.
