- Rates based upon 1 or 2 people (additional persons - $15.00/night for adults, $5/night for children under 12)
- Pets - $7.00/night for small animals -- $10/night for medium and larger animals

vacation rental Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- A minimum 50% Deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian funds.
- Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check in. Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD or Canadian funds money order.
- If you cancel your reservation at any time after making the booking there will be a $50 service fee
- However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit any changes or cancellation must be received at least 1 month prior to your arrival date. When 2 units or more are booked for the same dates, or for stays over 7 nights, 2 months notice to cancel is required. Your deposit may be refunded providing we are able to rent the unit for the same price and to a full house

CANCELLATION POLICY - effective January 1,
2011
- When a guest has cancelled a paid reservation and we are unable to rent the unit, our guest will now be eligible for a gift certificate for a spring or fall vacation in the same or equivalent unit for the total number of un-rented nights. There will be a $100 cancellation/cleaning fee on the cancelled reservation. This gift certificate will be valid for 2 years from the date of the original reservation. Holiday weekends are excluded. Please email or telephone to apply for your gift certificate
- NOTE: This gift certificate has no cash value.
- No refunds for arrivals later than the original check
in date, for early departures or for no-shows
- Minimum 4 night stay unless otherwise arranged by telephone
- All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- Check-In Time: after 4:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: before 11:00 AM
- We provide 1 hour of complimentary cleaning to take care of the linens. Additional cleaning required will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $25 + tax per hour.
