This new theme studio welcomes you with a mix of authentic cowboy décor, fun cowboy art, and of course the necessary modern comforts which include:
- A queen and two bunk “single” beds,
- ensuite 3 piece bath,
- cooking area with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker..
- Satellite TV with full Express Vu package and large flat screen TV
- In suite washer and dryer
- Shady patio with lakeview, and BBQ ready for outdoor dining
- Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
- Minimum 4 night stay unless arranged otherwise by telephone
- For your pet: A goodie bag on arrival, pet bed, blanket, towel, food and water bowls, leashes and other amenities on request
- Cleaning supplies are provided for your use during your vacation. At the end of your stay one hour of complimentary cleaning is included to take care of laundry and minor cleaning. Additional cleaning will be charged at $25 per hour.
Pets:
- $7/night for small pets
- $10/night for medium and large pets
BBQ Package
Propane BBQ available - guest supplies the propane, and returns the BBQ in clean condition. If you prefer, our cleaning service is available at $25 per hour.

Finding us is easy. Whether coming from the north or
south on Highway 97 you will turn toward the water at the
Princeton Street traffic light in Peachland. This is
Beach Avenue. The first building you will see on the
water side is the Blind Angler Grill Restaurant. We
are at 5895 Beach Avenue and our driveway takes off right
after the restaurant on the waterside of the road
