The fastest and easiest way to reserve and/or check availability (24 hours per day, 7 days a week) is to use our secure online availability and reservation system.
If the system tells you there is no availability for the dates you enter, that only means there is not “one room” that is continuously available for your dates. We may still be able to accommodate you by moving you from one room to another. By all means, give us a call if you see no availability and hopefully we can still accommodate your needs.

If you are booking more than one suite “online”, the system requires that you make separate submissions for each.
The system does not allow bookings for more than 14 nights — please contact us by telephone or email for reservations of this length.
Reservations for 7 nights or more will show the charges at the full daily rate on our booking engine however the weekly rate will be applied and reflected in the confirmation letter you receive directly from Duck & Pug. Weekly rates only apply for each full week reserved, i.e. a 10 day booking is charged the weekly rate plus 3 times the nightly rate.
Monthly Reservations for the Winter Season must be arranged by telephone — the online system will show no vacancies.

- A minimum 50% Deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian funds.
- Payment in full is due 30 days prior to check in. Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD or Canadian funds money order.
- If you cancel your reservation at any time after making the booking there will be a $50 service fee
- However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit any changes or cancellation must be received at least 1 month prior to your arrival date. When 2 units or more are booked for the same dates, or for stays over 7 nights, 2 months notice to cancel is required. Your deposit may be refunded providing we are able to rent the unit for the same price and to a full house
- No refunds for arrivals later than the original check in date, for early departures or for no-shows
- Minimum 2 night stay unless otherwise arranged by telephone
- All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- Check-In Time: after 4:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: before 11:00 AM
- For reservations in excess of 7 nights, cancellations must be made at least 2 months in advance.
- We provide 1 hour of complimentary cleaning to take care of the linens. Additional cleaning required will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $25 + tax per hour.
